Thoughts on political philosophy

Thank you for the word of encouragement!
I’m going to publish an entry soon on the Statute of Westminster, the formal creation of the Crown of Canada, and Canada’s independence from the United Kingdom; the post will make use of some primary documents contained in the Appendices of the Manual of Official Procedure of the Government of Canada. I think that you’ll find it quite interesting! I’m also investigating an Order-in-Council from 29 December 2004 in which the Martin government removed some obscure vestigial powers from the Queen and placed them in the Governor General.
